Our company is looking for a Visa Typist & HR Officer preferably with the below qualifications: ·
Should have knowledge of the EDNRD / SMART Channel immigration system and visa application forms with excellent typing speed. ·
Updating immigration documents, processes, and procedures. ·
Check the status of applications and update the team as required. ·
Effective and clear communication and development of strong working relationships with the Team.
Track all visa expiry dates and sends renewal instructions.
Maintains an electronic log and database of processed visas.
Documents filing and tracking.
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills (both English and Arabic are a plus)
Bachelor Degree Holder· 4 years experience as a Visa Typist and HR in UAE
