We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This role involves performing tyre installations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong mechanical knowledge is essential to understand tyre systems and vehicle requirements.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.

• Conduct thorough inspections of tyres for wear and damage.
• Remove, install, and balance tyres on vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Perform repairs on punctured or damaged tyres as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety.
• Assist customers with tyre-related queries and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while handling heavy lifting tasks associated with tyre installation and removal.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
