To ensure all fitting work is completed accurately, efficiently and quickly and ensure that work is carried out as part of the depot team including showing respect and honesty to customers and colleagues at all times.

Experience:

a) Fitting work
· Ensure that every job is completed accurately and quickly, ensuring that the correct company procedure is followed at all times.
· Have an extensive tyre and car knowledge.
· Assist with any basic fast fit work whenever required. Including:
· Jacking vehicles
· Tyre fitting
· Tyre balancing
· Puncture repairs to British Standards
· Removing and refitting wheel nuts and bolts correctly
· Tracking
· Accurately check tyre condition and tread depth and complete the tyre check sheet in compliance with Tyre Spot systems of work.
· Fill out job cards accurately with required information and ensure they are followed, completed accurately when work is in progress and on completion of work.
· Assist the team to meet monthly depot sales targets.
· Undertake checking and fitting of suspension, light mechanical work and basic servicing.
b) Stock checking
· Ensure that stock for delivery, collection and transfer is picked accurately and ready on time.
· Undertake accurate stock taking and stock review as required.
c) Customer Service
· Answer the telephone and serve customers.
· Be polite and helpful to any enquiries complying with Tyre Spot customer service standards.
· Accurately take customer orders and fulfil customer requirements.
· Order required parts in compliance with Tyre Spot systems of work to ensure customer requirements are met.
· Book items into stock where appropriate, in compliance with Tyre Spot systems of work.
