JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Tyre Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth sale processes and providing customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a tyre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tyre sales/fitting processes is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and creating invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Maintain and update vehicle records, ensuring all information is current and correctly entered.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including planning breakdowns, booking in service work & carrying out order numbers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and any issues that may arise.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
