Check, remove, replace and repair worn and damaged or defective tyres, automotive parts including break and exhaust systems in cars and commercial vehicles
Repair punctures and ensure correct air pressures and levels in tyres
Carry out balance and wheel alignment and tracking adjustments
Change filters, lubricating parts and perform basic road safety checks and basic car services
Loading and unloading tyres, deliveries and equipment
Exceed customer care standards, service and satisfaction through excellent quality of work, advice and customer interaction
Advise customers about keeping tyres and exhausts in good condition
Communicate effectively with the Centre Manager and team
Achieve job expectations and adhere to Company processes, policies and procedures to ensure productivity standards are met.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre, workshop, reception and Company vehicles
