Description
Complaints Review and Analysis Conduct monthly reviews of a high volume of complaints to identify privacy-related issues, including breaches and access requests. Analyze complaint trends and escalate findings to relevant stakeholders for remediation. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all reviews and actions taken. Manage the pipeline of requests, providing requestors with forms and information as needed. Prepare and maintain detailed records of volumes and outcomes for complaints and data sharing requests. Support compliance audits and provide data-driven insight Work closely with privacy, compliance, and risk management teams to address identified issues. BA/BS Degree Analytical Expertise: Ability to review and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and risks. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in identifying privacy concerns. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of privacy regulations and data protection standards. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with complaint management systems and reporting tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative and recommend solutions for identified issues. Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication for reporting and stakeholder engagement. Time Management: Ability to manage high-volume workloads within strict timelines. Experience in privacy compliance, or risk analysis. Background in financial services or regulated industries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
