U.S.-Based | Growth-Stage Global Aesthetics Company We are a fast-growing, global aesthetics pharmaceutical company establishing and scaling our U.S. commercial organization. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to build and execute our U.S. marketing strategy during a pivotal phase of US commercial growth. This role will be responsible for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving demand across our aesthetic portfolio. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in a growth-stage environment and has the proven ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Drive brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels Develop programs to drive consumer awareness, customer adoption, and empowers sales team to be successful with customers, Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, effective go-to-market strategies Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact Product management including forecasting, demand planning, market research, ROI analysis Manage agency partners, budgets, and vendor relationships with strong financial discipline Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field required. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Significant experience in aesthetics, pharma, biotech, or other regulated healthcare environments Proven track record of building brands and driving commercial growth Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization The most likely base pay range for this position is $190,000 to $215,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Hugel Aesthetics. The total compensation could include base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
