The JP Morgan Private Bank Client Center Team leads the operation of the firm’s Client Centers around the world. Our Client Centers allow our banking teams to welcome their clients and conduct business in a sophisticated and secure environment. We are responsible for ensuring that guests and visitors have a first class experience from the time they enter to the time they leave. As a Client Center Analyst in the Private Bank you will assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the Client Center. You will work in a complex, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment with bankers, product partners, and operations teams. Your role will involve managing the Client Center reservation books, overseeing daily meetings and events, implementing and developing protocols, liaising with catering partners and staff, managing financials, and assisting in project analysis and the opening of new satellite Client Centers. Job responsibilities Manage Client Center reservation books, including reporting and metrics Oversee daily meetings and events at the Client Center Develop, implement, and follow protocols for client meetings, including security and catering Coordinate with catering partners and back-of-house staff; lead weekly BEO meetings Survey client experience and recommend solutions based on feedback Manage financials to ensure annual budget compliance Support project analysis, new satellite Client Center openings, and handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor scheduling, and supply orders Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree required 1+ years of hospitality, event management, marketing/press relations, non-profit, or facilities management experience Excellent time management and written/ verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT: This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
