Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer passionate about modern web technologies and graphics APIs. You’ll help architect a robust platform for data analytics and visualization. This is a three month freelance position with a possible extension beyond that. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software development Strong full-stack TypeScript/Node.js experience Proficient in Angular 19+, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with AWS CDK, WebSockets, and/or Cesium a plus Familiarity with building and automating development pipelines and processes Solid foundational knowledge and experience with relational and non-relational databases Broad experience with a variety of other commonly used in web technologies as messaging queues and caching engines Experience building backend software in additional languages such as python is a plus Cover letter with an introduction to yourself and background (resumes with no cover letter will not be considered) Additional Qualifications: Proficient in writing unit/E2E tests using front-end tools like Mocha/Chai Able to provide code examples or completed project work Self-motivated, proactive, and efficient with time Excellent written skills and team collaboration in a remote environment Experienced in working with stakeholders to identify and solve problems Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Strong desire for continued growth in the field of web-application development Additional Information This is a remote, work-from-home position.
