Location: Remote About the Role We are looking for a talented User Acquisition (UA) Manager to spearhead our user acquisition strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing the acquisition of new users across our digital platforms within the iGaming industry. You will leverage data-driven insights to formulate and execute effective marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and achieve customer acquisition objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (including social media, search, display, and affiliate marketing). Analyze campaign performance and user data to optimize acquisition strategies and maximize ROI. Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities in user acquisition. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance user acquisition efforts. Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for improvement. Monitor competitor activities and keep abreast of industry trends to inform strategy adjustments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing Strong analytical skills and experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to measure and optimize campaigns. Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and achieve successful outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of different digital marketing channels and performance metrics. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or fast-growth consumer apps Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies.
