Title: UABOS Turkey: Supply Supervisor Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution. Job Summary Supports the Program Management Office’s Chief of Supply in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving supply-chain environment for both Task Order Spain and Turkey. Responsible for the daily management of the Supply Chain, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures. Provides leadership by directing the efforts of personnel involved in providing a variety of support to programs involved with Supply, Property, Transportation, and Disposal. Provides operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensures awareness and monitors employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures. Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions. Responsible for defining training requirements, developing employee skills, and promoting continuous improvement. Develops and implements performance standards and internal controls. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 10-12 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities Provides end-to-end Supply Chain Support and Supervision; analyzes and implements Supply Chain management systems and techniques. Assists in the performance of the annual internal Contractor Self-Assessments (CSA’s) of all twenty-two (22) processes to ensure the KBR Government Property Management System is FAR-Compliant. Forecasts, Plans, and Approves Requisitions for Material requirements in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Performs receiving, issuing, and physical inventory of Government Furnished, Contractor Acquired, and/or KBR Owned-Property in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as required. Utilizes the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Government Furnished Property Application Module to manage the life cycle of Government Furnished Property. Updates the Government Furnished, Contractor Acquired, and KBR-Owned property records in the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) as required. Assists in the supervision, oversite, and tracking of the Project VAT Exemption Form Approval Program Assists in the supervision, oversite, and tracking of the Project Purchasing Card Program according to FAR policies, corporate purchasing guidelines, and project-specific work instructions. Performs other tasks as assigned. Basic Qualifications US Citizen Bachelor’s Degree Possess a valid driver's license, minimum Class D Combined experience of 10 years in Procurement. Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience in a LOGCAP or BOS contracting environment Experience with CostPoint ERP & Inventory Management Knowledge of FAR & DFAR Property Clauses Previous experience managing 3+ direct report employees Previous or current Purchasing Card or Procurement experience in a LOGCAP or BOS contracting environment Advanced knowledge of MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive Preferred Qualifications Experience with RFGen Mobile Barcoding and Data Collection Experience with PowerBI Experience with PIEE Government Furnished Property Module Certification and experience with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Maintenance & Utilization, Warehouse Management, and Property Accountability Modules Knowledge of Air Force Instructions (AFI) 24-302, 32-1001, and 32-1032 Previous experience managing union member employees KBR — Delivering Solutions, Changing the World.
