Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships in the UAE. The ideal candidate has a background in expat services, luxury B2B, HR/benefits sales with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals. Experience in the education/language industry is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure B2B partnerships with relocation agencies, expat communities, corporations and premium service providers.
  • Conduct mystery shopping to analyze competitors and refine Novakid’s value proposition.
  • Build a sales kit from scratch (with full support from Novakid), including pitch decks and partnership proposals.
  • Develop and execute an outreach & follow-up strategy (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls, networking events).
  • Promote Novakid’s English programs as an employee benefit, expat family solution, or luxury education offering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, relocation managers).
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand Novakid’s B2B presence.
  • Achieve quarterly targets of 2-3 signed corporate deals.
