QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or related fields)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in billing/invoicing is a plus
  • Strong personality with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Performing clerical tasks (data encoding, scanning, email monitoring, message responses)
  • Receiving and checking in new case items
  • Filing and documenting work orders
  • Preparing for packing and deliveries
  • Tracking case flow and monitoring systems
  • Arranging pick-up and delivery schedules
  • Following up post-delivery and tracking
  • Maintaining and organizing the workstation.
  • Handling other tasks as per job designation
