Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annually by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Responsible on building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to build strong loyalty, through regular use of client book.
Focus on selling and up selling.
Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet or exceed their expectations.
Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display maintenance and stock rotation and participate in inventories.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
