We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast paced business driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents. Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including those relevant to corporate governance. Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring activities. Liaise with government authorities, regulators and external counsel. Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Qualifications UAE National (Emirati) mandatory. Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) or Masters Degree (LLM) from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years experience in corporate law preferably in a multinational or top tier law firm. Strong understanding of commercial and corporate legislation. Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
