Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including those relevant to corporate governance.
  • Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external counsel.
  • Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in Arabic and English. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
