Job Summary We are seeking motivated UAE National fresh graduates to join our teams across various departments in site-based and operational environments. These roles are ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and grow within a large, diversified organization. You will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to smooth workflow and site operations. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Administrative roles include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities may vary by department and site, but typically include: Provide administrative and operational support to on-site teams Handle correspondence, data entry, and document control Maintain records, files, and reports in an organized manner Assist with scheduling, meetings, and daily coordination activities Support reporting and data compilation as required by supervisors Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements Support general office and site operations to ensure efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications School or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Fluent in English and Arabic Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Chat, Meet)
