Description:
YOUR MISSION
- Conduct UAS flights, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Reports to the Flight Operations Manager, providing support in operational planning, field operations, and continuous improvement of operator skills.
- Perform mission planning, route assessments, and support the creation and adjustment of operational documentation and manuals.
- Lead training sessions for internal team members and clients on UAS operation, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
- Create, update, and document training materials and activities, maintaining records for all personnel.
- Perform basic maintenance and servicing of UAS systems.
- Collaborate with the Flight & Ground Test team to optimize Wingcopter systems.
- Take responsibility for the safety of all personnel and equipment, conducting safety briefings and ensuring operational safety standards.
- Manage risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in operating areas.
