................ For our client, an international insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded UAT / Change Manager - Insurance. The role is to perform UAT management and then change management for a new AI-based application which is being built to support Commercial Insurance Underwriting. It aims to transform the underwriting process by providing insights on policy wordings to underwriters. Your Tasks: Provide effective testing and change management support for the continued development, UAT and phased rollout of Policy IQ in 2026, supporting with the following (in no particular order) Communication of Policy IQ capabilities and roadmap to all countries Planning and communicating the testing and rollout plan (in presentation format) to inscope countries Collating testing feedback from UWs in BUs to inform further enhancement of Policy IQ Supporting country engagement to understand how Policy IQ will be incorporated into existing processes in each BU Determining the optimal training approach and supporting with developing training materials (e.g., demo videos, user guide) and conducting training sessions Creating comms materials for country rollouts Monitoring usage and strongly engaging with the local country networks to provide guidance and support to help drive local country adoption Collating user feedback to support continuous enhancement Support with gathering evidence and articulating business benefits to key stakeholders Your Profile: 3-4 years experience as a change manager in global transformation projects, with a proven track record in delivering global change and product rollouts Demonstrated experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software products across multiple countries or business units Previous working experience in commercial insurance sector Ability to plan, set up, and execute UAT in collaboration with business and IT teams, including managing through any issues that arise during testing Able to design and implement change management strategies, including training and communications Previous exposure to AI-driven projects or software rollouts are of advantage Familiarity with commercial insurance underwriting processes and terminology would be very helpful Strong presentation skills; capable of communicating clearly and confidently with key stakeholders and end users to drive adoption Change or Project Management certification would be of advantage Fluent in English, written and spoken
