Company Description This department is responsible for all User Acceptance Testing activities for the Nexora platform and the migration of various applications. We ensure that business requirements and end-user expectations are met by planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive test plans. Job Description The UAT Manager collaborates with the migration squads, program streams, and end-users. The UAT Manager steers to resolve defects, provides clear status reporting to stakeholders, and delivers final sign-off on release readiness. Their ultimate goal is to guarantee a smooth user experience and mitigate risks prior to production deployment. Your key-responsibilities are: Develop and implement UAT strategies, test plans, and scripts for Nexora and migrating applications Coordinate with migration squads, different program streams, IT and segments; including leading end-user testing sessions. Identify and document test scenarios, track defects, and ensure timely resolution Present clear status updates and final results to stakeholders, emphasizing risk mitigation and production readiness Drive continuous improvement by refining UAT processes and reporting mechanisms Qualifications Proven experience in UAT management for complex platforms and multi-application environments Knowledge of test plan creation, defect tracking tools, and testing methodologies Good communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information Job closes: December 3rd 17:00 Startdatum: asap Contract till: April 1st (possible extension) Hours: 37 - 40 Rate: maximum €119,00 Wil je meer weten?
