Define UAT approach, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria Identify test scenarios aligned with business requirements Engage business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) for test execution Conduct UAT kick-off sessions and walkthroughs Ensure business readiness and sign-off Oversee test case preparation and execution Monitor daily UAT progress and provide status reports Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking Ensure critical issues are resolved before go-live Identify risks and mitigation strategies Escalate issues to project governance forums Ensure compliance with QA standards and audit requirements, good understanding of SDM process will be a big plus Track metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass rates Obtain formal UAT sign-off from business stakeholders 8-12+ years of UAT/Test Management experience Strong understanding of SDLC, Waterfall methodologies Experience managing very large-scale enterprise UAT programs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA) Strong risk management and escalation handling capability
