We’re seeking a highly motivated, organised individual, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines to work as the UAT (University Admissions Test)-UK Administrator.
This is an opportunity to be part of a new and unique collaboration between Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge and help to support both the development and delivery of our admissions tests.
This is a particularly important and exciting time to join our team, as we enter our second year of operation and work towards launching our third admissions test in October 2025.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
This role sits within a small, dedicated team which oversees the development and delivery of three undergraduate admissions tests used by a number of of the UK’s top universities to fairly assess the highest achieving applicants. The UAT (University Admissions Tests) -UK team works closely with a delivery partner, Pearson VUE, to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
In this post, you play an important part in supporting both the UAT (University Admissions Tests)-UK team and test takers in key aspects of the candidate journey, such as bursary applications, requests for access arrangements, test booking, complaints and appeals. You will also support the Head of UG Admissions Test Development in the development and production of the tests.
Additionally, you will help to manage key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and academic representatives at the founding institutions.
