Job Description We are looking for a UC & Connectivity Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Radius Connect Solutions. This is a specialist overlay role, working closely alongside our Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to help customers understand, adopt and gain value from Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Connectivity solutions. You will act as the technical and commercial specialist, trusted advisor and “fixer” - supporting customer engagements, leading solution demonstrations (on-site and remote), and helping translate customer challenges into clear, value-led solutions. Success in this role is measured through a balanced, outcome-focused target, based on: Gross Profit (GP) contribution, and Growth in hosted seat numbers, reflecting long-term customer adoption and value These measures are designed to reward quality, sustainable solutions, not transactional selling. Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Engagement Support Account Managers and BDMs in customer meetings to identify challenges, shape solutions and articulate value Lead and deliver customer demonstrations (remote and on-site), tailoring demos to customer needs and outcomes Work as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping customers clearly see how our solutions address their pain points Engage with customers across a wide range of sizes and sectors Work closely with your aligned AMs and BDMs, building strong, collaborative relationships Help upskill Account Managers and BDMs, enabling them to identify opportunities and confidently introduce specialist solutions Share best practice, success stories and market insight with the wider sales team Act as a bridge between sales, delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth customer journeys Qualifications Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience in Unified Communications, Contact Centre and/or Connectivity solutions Experience in a sales specialist, pre-sales or overlay role Strong presentation and demonstration skills (remote and in-person) Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple, customer-focused way Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Commercially minded with a passion for helping customers solve real problem Additional Information Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with a competitive rewards package plus the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.
