QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in unified communications and collaboration solutions, with experience in cloud IPBX, CRM connectors, MS Teams integration, and mobile/fixed phone convergence.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing UCaaS solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
• Experience with DEV-OP practices and tools is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., MS Teams Voice Engineer, certifications in cloud communications platforms such as Cisco WEBEX, Wildix etc.) are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE…

Dstny is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in managed services, with a particular emphasis on our cutting-edge UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions. Our UCaaS portfolio includes a comprehensive cloud IPBX, an advanced CRM connector, seamless MS Teams integration, and a unique mobile/fixed phone convergence feature. Our technical product management team is pivotal in designing technical architectures, producing documentation, ensuring level 3 support, maintaining and enhancing platforms, and providing DEV-OP skills to other departments (identifying repetitive and/or time-consuming tasks and specifying an automation process which could be implemented by the TPM team or the DEV team).
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled UCaaS Engineer with a strong background in unified communications and collaboration solutions. This individual will play a key role in managing and enhancing our in-house UCaaS solutions and will be developed into the role of a Technical Product Manager. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
