JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity for a UCC Remote Sales Associate to join us in our team based out of our Crawley offices. The UCC remote Sales Associate will be responsible for selling the products and services supplied by BD Urology to the healthcare market in the UK. The DTP Associate will execute on the UCC Remote Sales strategy to grow and manage a portfolio of Key Hospital accounts who purchase our Temporary Pacing Electrodes and Endourology products. In addition the associate will manage a portfolio of key Nursing Homes and remotely manage the home and aid them with their ordering or products through our Script-easy DAC. The Associate will be expected to deliver remote training and (very infrequently) may have to visit customers on site or attend national conferences.

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Deliver against the annual growth targets required for each portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the UCC Remote Sales Team Manager to deliver the team’s strategy.
  • Prioritize and execute growth plans for each of the portfolios and products they are responsible for.
  • Deliver against agreed call plans, schedules and processes/projects.
  • Build gold standard relationships with priority customer accounts, becoming partners for these key accounts.
  • Manage engagement with customer accounts via phone/e-mail/teams meetings/Showpad interactions.
  • To creatively manage any relationship issues or impact due to interrupted supply of BD products.
  • Work with Marketing to support any new product launches and provide market access solutions for ScriptEasy
  • Regularly co-ordinate with the wider field sales team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

  • A foundation or natural aptitude for Selling/commercial skills (both face to face and via remote communications)
  • A proven, successful track record of working against targets and performance metrics.
  • The ability to multi task and switch gears between different products and customer groups.
  • Strong experience in MS office packages and composing e-mails and supporting documents.
  • Experience in medical devices sales would be advantageous but not necessary.
