The online campus pastor is responsible for engaging believers who are connected to UCFM online, in UCFM’s spiritual formation pathway so they become fully devoted followers of Christ who reach people in their community and beyond. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: Ten hours per week 2. Participating in meetings/training: Two to four hours per month Responsibilities/Duties: 1. Overseeing the production and distribution of online services and content.  2. Establish groups, house churches and communities online.  3. Develop team members to coach and manage online communication.  4. Creatively develop new ways to engage members of UCFM through online platforms.  5. Meet the scriptural requirements for an elder (though may not serve as an elder) by living a spiritually surrendered life leaning on the Holy Spirit for guidance and direction by spending consistent time in prayer and study of God’s Word.  6. Live out UCFM’s Church strategy by engaging in a lifestyle of worship, community and serving.  7. Live out the UCFM Staff Values in relationships with other staff, congregation, and community.  8. Empower volunteer Team Members by developing an Ephesians 4:12 culture in your ministry areas resulting in a high level of engagement.  9. Participate in Weekend Services according to pastoral staff expectations (Weekend Roster and Worship Participation).  10. Serve at UCFM Holiday Events and Special Events (e.g. Easter, Christmas, etc.).  11. Serve as a Pastor on Call during assigned weeks (2 weeks a year minimum).  12. Participate in UCFMs Monthly All Church Prayer Nights.  13. Intentionally pastor and mentor all volunteer Team Members towards increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.  14. Establish Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) for your ministry areas.  15. Maintain a balanced work schedule.  16. Perform sacerdotal duties on a regular basis as circumstances demand.  17. Be available to the congregation before and after weekend services.  QUALIFICATIONS  1. Meets the requirements of 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9.  2. College degree with some biblical studies  3. Good working knowledge of scripture.  4. Minimum experience of 3 years in some level of church leadership.  WORK ENVIRONMENT  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a teammate encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
