Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UCO Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of used cooking oil collection from restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments. The role involves managing drivers, optimizing collection routes, maintaining fleet readiness, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This position is key to ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in logistics, fleet management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, fleet supervision, or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and route planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the collection of used cooking oil in line with approved schedules and client agreements.
  • Organize and assign tasks to drivers, ensuring they follow designated routes and meet collection targets.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid operational downtime.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Department to address client requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on collected volumes, driver performance, and fleet status.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies in the field.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
