The ideal candidate should be skilled in manicure and pedicure services, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and be comfortable working flexible appointment-based schedules for home service clients. Candidates must be professional, well-groomed, adaptable, and willing to travel to client locations within Al Ain. Key Responsibilities: Perform professional manicure and pedicure services Provide nail care treatments including shaping, polishing, gel application, and nail art Maintain high hygiene and sterilization standards for all tools and equipment Deliver home salon services professionally at customer locations Build positive customer relationships and ensure excellent service experience Recommend nail care products and treatments when required Stay updated with latest nail trends and beauty techniques Handle customer consultations professionally Requirements 2–4 years of experience as a Nail Technician Experience in home services or salon services preferred Strong manicure and pedicure skills Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards Ability to perform gel polish and nail art is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Flexible to work between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM based on appointments Must be willing to relocate to Al Ain Portfolio or work samples preferred Immediate joiners preferred Flexible Duty Hours (IMPORTANT) This is a Home Services role. Working hours are flexible depending on customer appointment schedules. Example: Morning Client: 10:30 AM Appointment Afternoon Client: 2:00 PM Appointment Evening Client: 8:00 PM Appointment Technicians may have breaks between appointments depending on daily bookings. Overtime opportunities are available based on customer demand. ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS: How many years of experience do you have as a Nail Technician? Do you have experience in manicure and pedicure services? Have you worked in home services before? Are you comfortable working flexible hours between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM based on customer appointments? Do you have experience with gel polish, acrylic, or nail art services? Can you share your portfolio or pictures of your work? Are you comfortable traveling to customer locations for home service appointments? What is your current visa status?
