Qualifying Factors: - MMA, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, strength training, or personal training experience. -Ability to communicate clearly with beginners, experienced athletes, and coaches. -Comfort with lead follow-up, appointment setting, and client-facing sales conversations. -Strong judgment when matching clients with coaches based on goals, personality, experience level, and availability. - CPR/AED certification - Personal training certification - Combat sports coaching credential, or equivalent experience preferred. - Management, sales, CRM, or fitness-consultation experience preferred.
