Company Description Our client is a global multi-energy company operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities. IOTA Group is recruiting for our client the Suriname Block 58 development project, it is a major offshore oil & gas project involving deep and shallow water discoveries. The project includes complex subsea production systems, umbilicals, flowlines, risers (UFR), and FPSO facilities. It aims to optimize reserves, schedule, and cost efficiency while maintaining high technical quality and strict H3SE standards. Job Description Lead and coordinate all QA/QC activities for the UFR package Ensure implementation of Project and Contractor Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 compliant) Supervise and monitor contractor and subcontractor quality performance Review and approve Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and vendor documentation Manage audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality KPIs Oversee inspections, testing, and certification processes across fabrication and construction sites Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and internal project teams Ensure timely preparation and validation of Quality Dossiers and Manufacturing Record Books Promote and enforce H3SE policies, ethics, and compliance standards Qualifications Minimum 15 years’ experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas industry At least 10 years’ experience on major EPC or offshore projects Strong knowledge of UFR systems and subsea equipment Proven expertise in ISO 9001 quality processes and contractor management Experience working with fabrication yards and international vendors Fluent in English and French Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Additional Information Location : Paris, France Approx. 3 years (duration of the project)
Responsibilities
The Lead will coordinate all QA/QC activities for the UFR package, ensuring the implementation of Project and Contractor Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001.
