Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Expediter to support our underground drilling operations. This role is critical to keeping crews productive by ensuring timely delivery of parts, tools, and materials to active mine sites. The ideal candidate is experienced working in mine environments, prioritizes safety, and is confident towing trailers including pull trailers and goosenecks. Key Responsibilities • Deliver drilling parts, tools, and materials to underground mine sites in a timely and organized manner • Safely operate company trucks while towing pull trailers and gooseneck trailers • Comply with all mine site safety requirements, MSHA standards, and company policies • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure correct parts are delivered • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections • Secure and load materials properly to prevent damage or safety hazards • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation • Represent the company professionally while on mine property Required Qualifications • Experience working in or around mine sites, preferably underground operations • Strong understanding of mine safety protocols and hazard awareness • Proven ability to drive and tow pull trailers and gooseneck trailers safely • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required, depending on configuration) • Ability to pass mine site training, drug screening, and background checks • Physically capable of loading, unloading, and securing heavy parts • Strong communication and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications • MSHA certification (or ability to obtain) • Experience supporting drilling, mining, or heavy equipment operations • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with drilling components What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Stable, long-term employment with a growing underground drilling company • Opportunity to work closely with skilled crews in a critical support role • Safety-first culture Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Major Drilling America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
