About the role Right now, we’re helping a fast-growing consumer brand find a UGC Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content. If you love TikTok, enjoy experimenting with hooks and trends, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads, this role is for you. You’ll be creating high-volume, high-impact content designed to drive engagement and conversions across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Responsibilities Use the brand’s large B-roll library to craft compelling UGC-style videos. Turn creator and community content into engaging clips for paid ads. Produce about a hundred short-form videos (20–30 seconds) per week. Translate existing ads by adding subtitles in multiple languages using AI tools. Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Adapt trending formats, hooks, and editing styles to increase engagement. Follow creative briefs while bringing fresh ideas and creative direction. Create videos aligned with brand guidelines and viral content best practices. Contribute to both organic social content and performance-driven ads. Requirements 5+ years of professional video editing in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or similar. Good understanding of what makes content go viral or perform well on social media. Proficiency in UGC-style editing for social media ads. Expert in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar. Skilled in multi-language subtitling (German/French a major plus). Able to handle high-volume content production without sacrificing quality. Strong attention to detail, especially when working with subtitles and translations. Graphic design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
The editor will craft high-volume, high-impact UGC-style videos (about 100 short clips per week) using a B-roll library and community content, focusing on driving engagement and conversions across major social platforms.
