As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and organised Office Manager to be the heart of our operations.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of our office. You will be the central point of contact for our team and play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of all three businesses. This is a vital position for someone who is a natural problem-solver, thrives on structure, and enjoys creating a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Oversee all general office administration, including managing supplies, handling mail and deliveries, and ensuring the office environment is clean and well-maintained.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to the management team and coaches across all three businesses.
Communication Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and general emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Record Keeping: Maintain and organise all company records, files, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
HR & Compliance Support: Assist with basic HR administration, including onboarding new staff, managing holiday requests, and ensuring all company policies are up to date and followed.
System Management: Manage and maintain company software and IT systems, acting as the first point of contact for any technical issues.
Financial Administration: Support with basic financial tasks

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in an office management, senior administrative, or a similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
A genuine commitment to upholding our company values.
A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
