Ensure all insurance policies and property tax obligations of the diverse portfolio are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with loan agreements and regulatory requirements Outreach to insurance brokers to request renewal insurance certificates, review insurance certificates to ensure compliance with coverage requirements, update loan systems for coverage compliance, escalate issues as appropriate, and provide reporting on past due payments. Ensure property taxes are paid as verified on the municipality website, update loan systems for compliance, escalate issues as appropriate, and provide reporting on past due payments. Engage in ongoing portfolio reporting and ensure accurate and timely updates of loan portfolio metrics. Master's/Bachelor's Degree (in Finance or Economics) Degree required. Minimum 1-2.5 years' experience in financial services, private banking and lending and/or real estate management. Knowledge of commercial property insurance requirements is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS) Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing in a clear and professional manner. Critical thinking with the ability to evaluate data and make sound judgements; knowing when to escalate / ask questions. Detail orientated in ensuring accuracy and completeness of all tasks. Data/analytical skills is a plus. Organization, time management, and multi-task abilities to meet deadlines and manage internal/external expectations. Teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve common goals. A positive and energetic attitude with a desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
