Associate will have a solid background in quality assurance, possessing both technical proficiency and expertise in a variety of testing tools and methodologies. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate UI functionalities using tools like Selenium. Utilize Selenium for web automation testing, ensuring thorough coverage and efficiency. Apply Core Java skills to design and implement test frameworks and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test plans and strategies. Manage version control and collaborate on code using Git processes. Analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights for improvement. Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test scripts and automation processes. Strong capability in manual testing to ensure intricate scenarios are validated. Leverage JIRA for defect tracking and project management. QUALIFICATION B. Tech /B.E. /MCA EXPERIENCE 2 - 4 years of experience in Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus. Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration is an added advantage. Proven experience in UI automation testing. Extensive experience in manual testing techniques and practices. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Proficient in web automation using Selenium. Strong command of Core Java programming. Familiarity with Git processes for version control and collaboration. Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking defects and managing workflows. Jenkins expertise for continuous integration is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
