We are creating a joint virtual banking and cryptocurrency wallet that allows users all over the world to move seamlessly within our financial ecosystem. Why now: stablecoins are changing cross-border payments. There is an opportunity to rebuild financial infrastructure for the 3 billion people who need better financial rails. We’re a small, senior-only team moving fast. We are well-funded with the ability to offer high cash compensation, based in SF, and led by proven founders with successful exits. The Role We’re seeking a UI and/or Brand Designer to lead design across our mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web. You’ll be working with an experienced UX and Product Designer, as well as with some contracted design agencies. You will collaborate tightly with founders, product, and engineering teams. Payment Schedule: USD 2,000 upon the candidate completing 30 days of active employment. USD 2,000 upon the candidate completing 60 days of active employment. USD 2,000 upon the candidate completing 90 days of active employment. Payments are contingent upon the candidate remaining actively employed through each respective milestone. Failure to satisfy a milestone shall void the corresponding payment obligation. All payments shall be processed after receipt of the corresponding payment from the client for the applicable milestone. No fee shall be owed for candidates who do not commence employment or who fail to remain employed through the applicable payment milestone.)

Responsibilities

Lead the design of mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as web platforms for a consumer finance app. Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering teams to shape the design philosophy and user experience.
