Role Overview As an UI Design Coordinator, you'll be the creative force for new Salla merchants, helping them establish their brand's online presence. You'll work directly with clients to design and customize their store themes, creating a unique, professional, and visually appealing storefront. Your work will directly impact how merchants launch and grow their businesses on Salla. What You’ll Do? Attend client meetings to understand the design scope and client vision. Work independently to produce creative and innovative design results for store themes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes. Design and customize creative banners, graphics, and other visual assets. Deliver all tasks and projects in a timely manner, effectively managing your workload. Use your organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects at once. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in UI design, graphic design, or e-commerce store design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Experience designing and customizing e-commerce storefronts or website themes is plus. Experience creating digital assets, including banners, promotional graphics, icons, and visual content for web platforms. Knowledge of responsive web design and UI design best practices. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is preferred. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Portfolio demonstrating UI design, web design, or e-commerce design projects is required.

Responsibilities

The UI Design Coordinator is responsible for designing and customizing professional storefront themes and visual assets for new Salla merchants. This includes attending client meetings to understand their vision and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver creative design results.
