Job Title: User Interface Designer
Location: Manchester HQ (Office-based)
The Role
We’re looking for a UI Designer to join our Product & Design team at ConnexAI, where you’ll help define how users experience our AI-powered SaaS platform used by organisations worldwide to engage millions of customers daily.
You’ll design the front end of real-time dashboards, data-driven insights tools, omnichannel comms modules, and cutting-edge AI features. This will include a mixture of responsive interfaces, data visualisation, and high-usage enterprise UIs.
Your day-to-day will revolve around Figma: maintaining and evolving our design system, collaborating across teams, and iterating quickly to meet real-world product demands. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and full of opportunities to produce great designs.
Why Join ConnexAI?
ConnexAI builds next generation customer engagement tools powered by Conversational AI, LLMs, and data-rich automation. With major global investment and teams on five continents, we’re scaling rapidly, and design plays a central role in that journey.
You’ll be designing for a complex, multi-product platform that includes everything from AI-powered chat flows to real-time agent dashboards. And because we’re scaling fast, there’s room to shape your role, influence product direction, and grow your career.

Requirements:
· 2+ years of professional experience in UI design
· Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
· Experience working with design systems and component libraries
· Strong portfolio showcasing user interface work and design process
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Attention to detail and a passion for user-centred design
Nice to have
