✅ Strong UX and UI design experience across web and mobile

✅ Proven experience creating and scaling design systems in Figma

✅ Ability to turn user problems and business needs into intuitive product experiences

✅ Strong illustration skills with original work shown in your portfolio

✅ Experience creating micro-interactions and motion design assets

✅ A strategic thinker who is still highly hands-on and execution focused

✅ Comfortable working autonomously across time zones
