We are looking for a UI Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the design mockups into front-end code that will produce the UI of the application. You will bridge the gap between product design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
This is a HYBRID position. Will work primarily remotely but occasional meetings in the Irving TX or Pittburgh PA office are required, so applicants should be within reasonable commuting distance to Irving or Pittsburgh (Moon Township, PA) office.

In this role, you will…

• Implement and maintain user interfaces that align with business objectives, product vision, technical standards, and accessibility best practices, ensuring long-term performance and maintainability
• Develop and document reusable UI components that promote consistency, scalability, and alignment with evolving design systems
• Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows, enhance code quality, and drive continuous efficiency improvements across the UI development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype user experiences, enabling iterative product development and early validation of design concept

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain user interfaces that align with business objectives, product vision, technical standards, and accessibility best practices, ensuring long-term performance and maintainability
• Develop and document reusable UI components that promote consistency, scalability, and alignment with evolving design systems
• Define and uphold UI development best practices and code standards that support AI-assisted automation, improve consistency, and enable scalable team collaboration
• Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows, enhance code quality, and drive continuous efficiency improvements across the UI development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype user experiences, enabling iterative product development and early validation of design concepts
• Partner with product designers, product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product visions into interactive, user centered interfaces
• Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and scalability, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the design system by proposing new patterns, identifying inconsistencies, and aligning implementation with visual guidelines
• Contribute to the evolution of the product development process by bridging the gap between requirements, design, and implementation, while fostering collaborative problem solving and enabling rapid iteration to drive continuous improvement
• Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to team goals and adapting to evolving project need
