Workforce Technology & Services Workforce Technology & Services Provides the Firm's workforce with the technology, services and capabilities required to meet the needs of colleagues, partners and clients. Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale search UI applications. Build responsive, reactive, and dynamic UIs that provide seamless user experience across devices. Develop reusable, maintainable, and secure components using Angular, React, and modern frontend frameworks. Leverage CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS) to deliver scalable and clean UI designs. Implement and defend against common frontend security vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, clickjacking, etc.). Work with containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) for scalable application delivery. Collaborate with backend engineers, especially on Python full-stack integrations, to ensure smooth end-to-end functionality. Optimize UI performance for large datasets and high-traffic applications. Mentor junior developers and provide leadership in code reviews, design discussions, and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement in UI/UX standards, automation, and DevOps workflows. At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Experience in frontend/UI development. Strong hands-on skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Proven experience with Angular and React (at least one in-depth, the other working knowledge). Hands-on experience with Bootstrap, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS. Good understanding of Linux-based development environments and ability to read/debug code. Experience with container deployment (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with UI security best practices and defensive coding. Strong understanding of reactive programming and building dynamic UIs. Leadership experience: mentoring peers, leading small teams, or guiding projects. Exposure to Python full-stack development (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Experience with enterprise search UIs, information-heavy applications, or data visualization. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA). Knowledge of Spacy UI (or similar interactive UI patterns).
