Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement highly responsive and performant user interfaces using React and its ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
  • Translate complex UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and scalable code, collaborating closely with designers and product managers.
  • Optimize front-end performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing efficient state management, and leveraging code-splitting techniques.
  • Build reusable UI components and libraries that adhere to design system guidelines, promoting consistency and accelerating development cycles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years React JS (production experience)
  • Strong JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS / Material UI / shadcn-ui
  • Responsive design (Flexbox, Grid, mobile-first)
  • HTML5/CSS3, semantic markup, accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
  • REST API integration, async handling
  • State management – Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Context API
  • Secondary: Node.js (Express/NestJS) & Python (FastAPI/Flask) for backend APIs
  • Basic DB (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), JWT/OAuth2
  • Git, code reviews, Agile/Scrum
  • Nice to have: Next.js, Chart.js/Recharts/D3, LLM/RAG exposure, Azure/AWS, Docker/CI-CD
