Description

Location: Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months
Department: AG Digital Twin – Haskoning
Start date: October 2025
Are you a curious and creative UI/ UX designer eager to explore how technology can create real-world impact? Join the Digital Twin team at Haskoning and help shape the future of construction and renovation by designing smart, user-centered interfaces.
In this internship, you will dive into how digital twin technology can better engage on-site construction stakeholders and workers—transforming complex systems into intuitive, practical tools. You will play a key role in designing experiences that bring real value to logistics, planning, and operational workflows on construction sites.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for someone with curiosity, independence, and a proactive and collaborative mindset — able to research, explore, and turn complex challenges into intuitive designs.

  • Background in UI/ UX Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Centered Design to ground your work in user-centered methods;
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating and iterating on concepts;
  • Interest in complex systems, data visualisation, smart infrastructure, and AI interaction, as these are central to our projects.

Bonus: Experience or interest in digital twins, construction workflows, BIM, or AI.
