UI/UX Designer (Contract)

BPN connects local fiat rails, stablecoins, OTC desks, centralized exchanges (CEX), and decentralized liquidity (DEX) to enable efficient currency conversion and settlement for merchants operating across Africa, Latin America, and Asia.

Our mission is to build the liquidity infrastructure behind global stablecoin payments.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a freelance/Contract UI/UX Designer to temporarily support our product team while our internal designer is on maternity leave.

  • ResponsibilitiesDesign UI/UX for web products, admin portals, and fintech/payment-related platforms.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design specifications.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to support product delivery.
  • Maintain and improve existing design files, components, and UI consistency.
  • Support design work for features such as onboarding, KYC, checkout, orders, transactions, compliance review, and admin tools.
  • Review existing product experience and suggest practical improvements.


  • Requirements3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong experience with Figma.
  • Experience designing web products, SaaS platforms, admin systems, fintech, payment, or crypto-related products.
  • Good understanding of user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Able to quickly understand product requirements and turn them into clear design solutions.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable working remotely.
  • English interface design experience is preferred.


  • Nice to HaveExperience with payment, KYC/KYB, on/off ramp, wallet, trading, compliance, or risk control systems.
  • Experience maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  • Basic understanding of front-end implementation constraints.
