Description

Job Description: Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using modern design tools. Translate business and product requirements into effective UX/UI solutions. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements. Maintain consistent design standards and visual identity across all digital products. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff. Review implemented designs and recommended improvements. Stay current with UI/UX trends and propose continuous enhancements. Educational, Skills, and Experience: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional training 1–2 years of practical UI/UX design experience Excellent visual design and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. High attention to detail and creativity. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (required). Wireframing and prototyping tools. User research and usability testing methodologies. UI design principles, typography, and layout. Basic understanding of frontend development workflows. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of deliverables.
