Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team
and help craft intuitive, inclusive, and visually engaging digital experiences for healthcare
organizations. This role is ideal for early- to mid-career designers who are comfortable
working across the full design process—from user research to wireframes to polished
prototypes—and who thrive in cross-functional environments.
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll report to a Design and Development Manager and collaborate
closely with developers, content strategists, and our product/project management team.
You’ll create user-centered interfaces that balance accessibility, brand alignment, and
functionality, while contributing to an evolving design system and helping shape digital
products with real-world impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
