Location: Västerås, Sweden Period: 2025-11-03 till 2026-11-02 Apply Before: 2025-10-31 Role Overview: We’re hiring for one of our clients a UI/UX Designer to strengthen their design capabilities and help shape the next generation of digital products. The role focuses on creating effective interaction design patterns, applying the design system to user interface design, and ensuring usability through user research and testing. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and domain experts, working across teams in a complex organizational environment. What you'll do Understand product and service design requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Define and refine information architecture, user workflows, and interaction patterns iteratively. Create clear design documentation and handoff for development. Apply the design system in user interface design. Evaluate user experience and user interface design using appropriate research and evaluation methods. Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across product and service experiences. Must-Have Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital product development with at least 5 years of experience (mid–senior level). Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design, interaction design, and application of design systems. Hands-on experience with user research and UX evaluation methods. Proven experience applying design systems effectively. Ability to work effectively in dynamic, complex environments. Good-to-Have Experience with industrial solutions, digital twin, or complex SaaS products. Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
