Draivi is a leading performance marketing company that helps its partners acquire customers online. With a presence in the Nordics, Spain, Germany, and other countries, we generate over 500,000 leads each month through our comparison websites and have nearly 5 million registered users.
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic, international team of 26 performance marketing and tech specialists.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work on high-traffic comparison websites across multiple markets and languages. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the user experience and visual design of our digital platforms, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality align with our growth objectives.
Designing, building and editing WordPress sites should come naturally to you. Creating new illustrations and web graphics with Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite should also be something you master. You will have a key role in offering our users a better experience on our websites as well as helping us meet our ambitious growth targets. You will be working hands-on together with our development and SEO teams. We expect you to be self-driven and ambitious just like us.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly for web-based products
• Expert in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design tools
• Fluent English language proficiency (plus for other languages)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS/Sass
• Basic level JavaScript and jQuery knowledge
• PHP knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
• Understanding browser differences between devices and skills for testing and debugging
• Basic principles of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience working with WordPress and theme design is a plus
• A user-centered mindset with an eye for detail and consistence
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward proactively
• Knowledge of branding, typography and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  Our offices are based in central Helsinki and Turku. This position is based in Turku, and we are looking for someone who is motivated to work closely with our local team. Our tech team meets each other at the office approximately two times a week.

• Running A/B testing to try out different UI variations and to optimize user flows
• Designing, building and editing websites in WordPress
• Identify, analyse and solve UX challenges using data and best practices
• Managing site content and improving it
• Creating compelling visual media for advertising and web pages using own graphics, stock photography and graphics
• Ensuring high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Collaborate closely with our development and performance marketing teams to implement design solutions that improve user engagement and conversion
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ways of working
