Job Description :Our client in British Columbia is looking for a UI/UX Designer

MUST HAVE PRIMARY SKILLS :

Experience designing for mobile, desktop, and app environments.
Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Understanding of human-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
Company has an existing (at time of submission) and ongoing contract with Candidate
Conduct end-to-end user research, from planning through analysis, and incorporate findings into design work
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Experience working in Agile environments
Knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms (AEM preferred).

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN :

Minimum 4 years of relevant UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.•
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma
Translate requirements, user insights, and brand guidelines into clear, functional design solutions
Produce high-quality UX deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and component specifications
Customize and extend CMS components to support new features while maintaining consistency with the design system
Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
