We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for complex fintech applications with high-load systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, applying user-centered design principles to create seamless digital experiences that delight users and drive business impact.

• Design clean, functional, and adaptive UI for various screen sizes using modern design systems.
• Create Figma components, variants, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain visually consistent UI elements aligned with the existing design system.
• Build and manage style guides, design documentation, and iconography.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Apply UCD principles, design thinking, and customer-first mindset to enhance product features.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective, user-friendly solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest UI and UX design trends and best practices.
